Victor Agarwal has had a change of heart for this I thank Victor for the people of Stanwell. Victor has struggled with his County council position for many years, and he has now realised that it is too much for him, In the nicest possible way I would ask Victor to stand down now so that a County Councillor who has the time and dedication can be elected by the people of Stanwell. We wish Victor good luck in Swindon Wiltshire
